Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Processing for orders placed after 1:00pm/EST will begin the following business day.

Shipping

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Made to order items will usually ship within 1-3 weeks.

Special Shipping Notes

Bulk orders consisting of made to order items will take longer to ship.
Express shipping will not speed up made to order item shipping. The items are made to order and shipped as soon as possible.
Each listing will specify if the item is ready to ship or made to order.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of receiving your item.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Proof of purchase required to receive a full refund.
